Welcome to Home Studio Yoga. By using our website (homestudio.yoga), booking a class, or visiting our studio at 135 Tunstead Ave, San Anselmo, CA 94960, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Booking: Classes are booked through our scheduling platform (Momence). All bookings are subject to availability.
Class passes and memberships: Single classes, class packs, and memberships have different terms, prices, and expiration dates as listed at the time of purchase. Memberships auto-renew until cancelled.
Late cancellation and no-show: We require at least 2 hours notice to cancel a class. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a forfeited class credit or fee, as set out in our cancellation policy.
Refunds: Class packs and memberships are non-refundable except as required by law. We may make exceptions for medical reasons at our discretion.
Assumption of risk: Yoga involves physical activity. By participating in any class or event, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
Health disclosure: You agree to inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy that may affect your practice. Consult a physician before starting if you have any health concerns.
Waiver: All students are required to sign a liability waiver before their first class.
Personal belongings: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

All content on homestudio.yoga — including text, images, logos, class names, and design — is the property of Home Studio Yoga or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written consent.
Our website includes links to third-party services like Momence, Google Maps, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Studio Yoga is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or facilities.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Marin County, California.
